Christine M. Luschas
Christine M. Luschas is a native of Bloomsburg, PA. She joined the firm in 2012. Attorney Luschas is a graduate from the University of Scranton in 2008. She studied law at Duquesne School of Law and graduated in 2011. She was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in early 2012. She studied Family Law while attending Duquesne and participated in the Family Law Clinic and provided much-needed legal assistance to clients of the Self-Help Center in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas’ Family Division. There she interviewed income-qualified clients who cannot afford to hire attorneys to help with issues such as domestic abuse, child support and child custody. She enjoyed equipping parents with the necessary skills to prepare them for custody court and the changes associated with family law litigation.
Attorney Luschas focuses in Family Law, including custody, child/spousal support, adoption and, Children and Youth representation for Parents. She also practices in Estate Planning, Wills, Elder Law, Estate Administration, Real Estate and Civil Litigation.
Christine has been a member of the Columbia-Montour Bar Association since 2012 and has acted as Secretary from 2014 through present. She also volunteers her services as a court appointed attorney for parents in Children and Youth cases.
In her personal life, Christine attends Saint Columba Parish in Bloomsburg and is a member of the Parish adult choir. She enjoys music and plays the violin in her spare time. Christine is also a skilled crafter of Lithuanian and Eastern European eggs. After being an invited guest to teach this craft to Martha Stewart on the Martha Stewart Show in 2012, Christine now spends time throughout the year teaching children and adults this skills as well as conducting local demonstrations at craft shows and other events.
