Alyssa is a Paralegal who provides legal and administrative support to the attorneys of Luschas, Naparsteck and Crane, LLP. Alyssa’s primary focus at our firm has been in the areas of Asset Protection Planning, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Guardianships.
Alyssa received her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from an American Bar Association approved Paralegal Program at Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2017. Alyssa enhanced her education by attending the three-day Elder law Immersion Practice and Development Seminar where she learned the legal technical rules and strategies of Asset Protection Planning in order to effectively collaborate with the Attorneys at our firm who advocate for the elderly. Prior to joining our legal support team in 2017, Alyssa worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at a local long-term care facility where she provided hands on patient care. She gained outstanding empathy and compassion skills by providing care to her patients and their families. Alyssa’s experience in a long-term care facility provides our law firm with an exclusive perspective as we provide assistance with our clients and their families who are preparing for the emotional and financial impact of entering along-term care facility.
Alyssa is a Team Leader with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation where she manages a group that participates in the Foundations’ largest annual fundraiser event, Great Strides. She is also a member of the Humane Society of the United States, supporting animal welfare litigation and has previously attended Humane Lobby Day in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania where she advocated with our State’s Representatives promoting for the protection of animals. Alyssa is also a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants and is a Notary Public at our Firm.
