Bio

C. Brian Crane is a partner at Luschas, Naparsteck, and Crane, LLP. He graduated with honors from both Georgetown University (1999) and the Dickinson School of Law (2004).

His practice focuses on Estate Planning and Administration, Medicaid Planning, Wealth Preservation, Guardianships, and Workers Compensation. For the past ten (10) years, he has been serving as counsel for the Columbia-Montour Aging Office, Inc. His work with the aging office has focused on assisting families who have a loved one suffering from Alzheimer’s type dementia and protecting assets of the elderly.

Attorney Crane is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Pennsylvania Elder Law Association, and ElderCounsel. He is also member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Columbia-Montour Bar Association.

He is very active in the community having served on several local boards including: Danville Chapter Red Cross; Camp Victory; Central Pennsylvania Aphasia Center; and Zing Productions. He is currently President of the Board of the Susquehanna Valley Chorale.

In his personal life, Brian pursues his love of music. He is the Choral Director of the Grove Presbyterian Church Choir in Danville, PA. He sings bass as a member of the Susquehanna Valley Chorale in Lewisburg, PA. Brian is involved in several musical projects including a Simon & Garfunkel tribute duo. He performs regularly throughout central Pennsylvania as a solo artist and with various musical collaborations.
